Grinding machine is a mechanical tool which uses abrasive wheel for cutting or grinding material. A tiny chip from the workpiece is cut with the help of shear deformation of every grain of abrasive on the wheel's surface. A power driven grinding wheel spins at a required speed which is decided by the wheel’s diameter and manufacturer’s rating. Substantial amount of heat is generated when the material is removed from the grinding machine workpiece. A coolant is incorporated to avoid over heating of workpiece and becoming unbearable.
