Jute for Industrial Sector

Jute as packaging material:
Jute made sacking bags are used for packing agricultural goods. The rough surface of jute fabric makes it ideal for making sacking bags. The strong coarse in jute sacking bag allows to breath, it resists condensation and keeps the pack materials protected for longer time. These bags are best for transporting bulk food items like – onion, potatoes, flour rice and other agro products. The eatable agro products are packed in food grade jute bags.  
              
Jute as backing cloth:
Jute webbing and felt is manufactured in large quantity. Jute is also used as backing cloth in both woven and tufted carpets which enhance the durability. Jute as carpet backing also resist tearing. The rough surface enables to stick onto the floor and thus can be placed in high traffic ares.

Geo textile jute:
The geo textile jute is water resistant, flexible and less bio-degradable. The jute Hessian or burlap matting is ideal for monitoring soil erosion. They are easy to lay and mostly can be seen using in river embankments.
